These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zukapo mobile application for personal finance management and savings tracking, and of this website. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
The services are provided by Zukapo ("Zukapo", "we", "us" or "our"), operating from the United Kingdom.
You may contact us by any of these means for questions about the services, your account, your order, or these Terms.
Zukapo provides a mobile application that helps you record income and spending, set savings goals, track progress and review your personal finances. The application is a budgeting and record-keeping tool. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the application should be treated as such. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
Where a paid plan or feature is offered, an order is placed as follows:
Your order is a binding offer to us. A contract between you and Zukapo is formed when we send you the order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, for example because of a pricing error or technical fault, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment already taken.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where VAT applies. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. The order summary states what is included in your plan, such as the features, any subscription period and the renewal terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
You agree not to misuse the application. In particular, you must not:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer and buy services from us online, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason.
Where you ask us to begin providing a service or supplying digital content before the 14 days have ended, you may lose or reduce this right. If you cancel after the service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what has already been provided, and the right to cancel is lost once digital content has been fully supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
To cancel, email [email protected] or call +44 141 460 7565, giving your name and order details. Refunds are made using the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation. You may also cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content and services must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, please contact us at [email protected] or on +44 141 460 7565, or write to us at 167 Dennistoun Road, Glasgow, G29 5TG. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service, and you keep your right to bring proceedings in the courts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law:
We aim to keep the application available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as the data controller and can be reached at [email protected]. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
This website sets only one cookie, named cookie_pref, which stores your consent choice for one year. We do not run analytics on this site. Advertising measurement runs only after you have given consent, and only on the order confirmation page.
The application, website, design, text and logos are owned by or licensed to Zukapo and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for your own personal purposes while your account is active. You keep ownership of the financial data you enter.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the services, giving you notice where reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect rights that have already arisen.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or in our services. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and mandatory consumer protections of your home nation continue to apply.
For any question about these Terms, please contact Zukapo at [email protected], by telephone on +44 141 460 7565, or by post at 167 Dennistoun Road, Glasgow, G29 5TG, United Kingdom.
